Get help setting up your club
Tell us what you're stuck on and get the videos, help articles and the Excel template right away — or ask us to set the club up for you. No calls, and no lists of children.

Stuck on something while setting up the club? Help me set up my club answers straight away: short video lessons, help articles and the files that do the job. You don't need to call anyone.
Who can
The club owner and managers. Only the owner can give Stanio support access to the club.
Where to find it
- on the First steps card on Today (at the bottom, in both views);
- in the blue sample-data band, next to Download the template;
- at the top of this help centre.
The app has it in the same places.
Ask for help
- Tick what you need help with: Importing players, Groups and schedule, Prices and tariffs, Online payment, Inviting parents.
- If you like, describe it in your own words.
- Click Send.
The answer appears at once, and the same comes to your e-mail: for each topic, the short videos (in Ukrainian and Spanish for now; other languages get the articles), the help articles and the files — Download the Excel template for players, groups and prices, Download your players to add parents' contacts. If you wrote something, we read it and reply to that e-mail.
Please don't send us lists of children. You upload them yourself with the Excel template, and the data stays in your club.
Set it up for me
Tick Set it up for me and describe your groups, prices and schedule in the text box. The owner also ticks Give Stanio support access to the club for 7 days. We set the club up from your description and write to you when it's done.
Stanio support access
The owner turns access on in the form or in Club settings → Access (Give Stanio support access for 7 days). There you see the end date and can click Revoke now at any time. After 7 days the access ends by itself.
When the access ends, we leave the club. Giving and ending the access appear in the club's change log, and so does every change we make.
