See an example club (demo club)
A separate demo club filled with players, a schedule, payments and every module for 14 days, so you can try everything without risk. Nothing is sent to anyone, and your own club stays as it is.

See an example club opens a separate demo club full of sample data: players with parents, a schedule with attendance, subscriptions and debts, leads, tasks and announcements. Click anything you like: nothing is sent to anyone, and your real club doesn't change. After 14 days the demo club deletes itself.
Who can
Anyone who can create a club: a club owner, or someone who doesn't have a club yet. The demo club is your own: you're its owner and its only staff member.
Open the demo club
The See an example club button is in three places:
- on the First steps card on a new club's Today page;
- in the club menu at the top left (while you have no demo club);
- at the bottom of the New club page: "Not sure yet? See how it all works in an example club first."
Click it, and after a few seconds ("Setting up the demo club…") the demo club opens. The app has the button in the same places: First steps, the New club screen and the Menu.
There's one demo club per person. If you already have one, the button reads Open the demo club.
What's inside
The demo club looks like yours: it's in your interface language, with your club's time zone and currency, and modelled on your kind of club:
- team sport: three teams (U-8, U-10, U-12), a cup with groups and results, and match stats for football;
- martial arts: groups with belts;
- other group sports or a studio: groups by level;
- fitness: adult groups;
- multi-activity centre: three activities.
Inside are 38 players with parents, a schedule from 6 weeks back to 2 ahead with attendance, subscriptions, payments and three debtors, price plans (a month, 8 sessions, a single session), leads in every status, tasks, announcements with read receipts, tests and scores, players of the month, churn risk and a rent expense. The parents and their emails are made up.
Every module of every plan is on in the demo: the Subscription page says "Every module is open in the demo". You choose and pay for a plan in your own club.
What doesn't work in the demo
- Nothing is sent: no notifications, pushes, Telegram messages or emails. Try mailings, announcements and invitations without worrying.
- You can't pay for a plan or connect online payments: "Not in a demo club: it sends nothing and takes no payments."
- The club page isn't published.
After 14 days
Every page of the demo club has a band at the top, "Demo club · until …", with Delete now and, if you don't have a real club yet, Create your club. After 14 days the demo club is deleted completely, with all its data. Deleted it early? You can open a new one (up to 5 times a day).
Switch between the demo and your own club in the club menu at the top left. When you open Stanio Sport, your real club opens first.
Tips
- Try in the demo what you'd rather not do on live data: a mailing to debtors, moving sessions, selling a subscription.
- Nothing can be moved from the demo to your own club: it's only for getting to know the app. Your own players go in fastest with an import from Excel.
FAQ
Does the demo club count towards my club limit?
No. It isn't part of the three-club limit per account and doesn't affect your club's plan.
Will my coaches see the demo club?
No. You're its only staff member, and invitations from the demo are never sent.

You can open a demo club up to 5 times a day. Try again tomorrow, or keep using the one you have.
