Online payments: who pays what
Stripe takes about 1.5% + €0.25 on a standard European card; cards from outside Europe and premium cards cost more. Our part: Start 1.2% (at most €2 a payment), Club 0.5%, Academy 0% (0.25% from 1 April 2027), an organizer without a club 1.2% (at most €2). On camps our part applies from the start; on tournaments we take nothing until 31 March 2027, then the same part as your club’s plan.

A card payment carries one fee: Stripe’s and ours together. Below is the total for a standard European card. The parent pays exactly the price; the fee comes out of what you receive.

What changes on 1 April 2027
- Academy: our part of online payments goes from 0% to 0.25%.
- Tournaments: the free launch ends. Our part of online entry fees starts (your club’s rate, 1.2% without a club), and tournaments with more than 8 teams need Pro or Max. Camps have followed their prices from the start.
- Nothing else changes: plan prices and the Start and Club rates stay the same.
Tournaments
- Free until 31 March 2027, with every feature.
- From 1 April 2027, up to 8 teams stays free (with «Powered by Stanio Sport»).
- Pro: up to 30 teams, sponsors, your own colours and logo — €29 per tournament.
- Max: no team limit, everything in Pro — €79 per tournament.
- Season pass: all your tournaments for 12 months, like Max — €99 a year.
- Your club is on Club? You get Pro free on all your tournaments. On Academy, Max.
- Tournaments created before the prices start keep every feature for good.
Camps
- No price per camp and no limit on participants. We only take our part of online payments (the table above), from the start.
- With your club on Academy or the season pass, your camp page shows your logo and colour, without «Powered by».
In Ukraine
- In Europe we take a small part of online payments. In Ukraine payments go straight to your mono or LiqPay, so we take nothing from them; instead, larger camps need a plan.
- Plans in hryvnias, no VAT: Club 499 ₴ and Academy 1199 ₴ a month.
- Online payments: you connect your own monobank or LiqPay. The money goes straight to your bank; you pay only your bank’s fee.
- Tournaments from 1 April 2027: Pro 499 ₴ and Max 1399 ₴ per tournament, season pass 1699 ₴ a year.
- Camps: up to 10 participants free (and on Start), up to 40 on Club, no limit on Academy. Without a club: 499 ₴ for one camp, or the season pass for 1699 ₴ a year (camps and tournaments, with your logo).
- A club on Start or Club can also pay 499 ₴ for one bigger camp instead of moving up a plan.
- Until 31 March 2027 tournaments are free for everyone; camps follow these rules from the start.
