Invite another club

Share your link with another club or coach. When they move to a paid plan within 90 days, you get 50% off one month of your plan. Where the link is, how the discount works and how long it lasts.

For: owner

Every club has its own invitation link. When a club that comes through it moves to a paid plan, you get 50% off one month of your plan. Every such club brings another 50% off, and the discounts add up. The club you invite gets the usual 50% off its first month.

Who can

The owner and support, on the Subscription page, on the web and in the app. The notifications and emails about the discount go to the owner.

Invite a club

1. Open Club settings → Subscription, the Invite another club card.

2. Click Copy link or Share (in the app, Share) and send it to another club or coach. The link looks like stanio.app/?ref=YOURCODE, and the message is ready: "We run our club on Stanio Sport: schedule, attendance and parents' payments in one place…".

3. They open the link and sign up, and in the New club form the Invitation code field is already filled in. The browser remembers the code for 30 days. If the club is created later or in the app, the code can be typed in: + I have an invitation code. Your code is on the card: "Your code: …".

When the discount counts

• The invited club pays for its first paid plan by card within 90 days of being created. Later than that, no discount.
• The discount comes off your next plan invoice by itself. Several discounts add up.
• Still on Start, or not paying by card? The discount waits until you start paying for a plan by card. A waiting discount lasts 6 months: the card shows "50% off valid until …" next to it, and a month before the end you get a reminder and an email. Not used in time, it expires.
• A discount already taken off an invoice never expires and is never taken back, even if the invited club cancels later.

When the invited club starts paying, you get the notification "A club you invited moved to a paid plan…" and an email.

What the card shows

• Joined through your link: how many clubs were created with your code;
• Moved to a paid plan;
• Earned: N × 50% off and Already taken off your invoices;
• waiting discounts with their "valid until" date, and Not used in time.

Tips

• It works best sent to a coach you know, with a short "this is how we run our club"; Share already has the text.
• The code works for a club of any sport and in any country.

FAQ

Why didn't I get the discount?

There's no discount when the invited club moved to a paid plan more than 90 days after it was created, had already paid us before, has the same owner as your club, or is a test or demo club. One discount per invited club.

The invited club forgot to enter the code

The code is linked when the club is created. It can't be added in the app afterwards.

Can I get the discount as money?

No, only as a discount on your Stanio Sport plan. See Plans and limits.
