Club page

A simple public page for your club at stanio.app/c/… with the about text, groups and timetable, prices, coaches, locations on the map, contacts and a trial booking button. How to switch it on, fill it in, preview it and share it.

Dla kogo: właściciel, menedżer

The club page is your club's own page on the web, at stanio.app/c/your-club: what the club is, its groups and timetable, prices, coaches, where you train and how to get in touch, with a Book a trial session button. It comes free with every plan. Player and parent data never appears on it.

Who can

The owner, support and managers. Coaches don't set it up.

What the page shows

  • The header: the club's name, sport and city, the logo (or the club's initials), the cover photo or colour, and the Book a trial session and Timetable buttons.
  • A row of facts: the age range from the groups' birth years, sessions a week, the training venue and the trial price (or "Free"). All of it comes from the club's data.
  • About the club, Photos (the gallery), Groups and timetable (birth years, days and times, venue), Prices (from your price plans), Coaches (first name and role only), Where we train (address and Open in Maps), Contacts (WhatsApp, phone, email, social networks, website).

A block that is switched on but has nothing in it is simply left out.

Set it up and publish

  1. Open Club settings → Club page (the General group). In the app: Menu → Club settings → Club page.

  2. Logo and photos: a Cover photo and up to 8 photos in the Gallery (JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB; big photos are shrunk for you). Photos are saved straight away. The logo is changed in Club settings → Club. Photos showing children only with their parents' consent.

  3. Fill in About the club (up to 1,000 characters; leave it empty and the page writes a line from your sport and city), City, Phone and Instagram. + contact adds WhatsApp and email, + social network adds Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and a website. You don't type addresses here: they come from Settings → Locations.

  4. Page languages: the club's language is always there; you can add English and the club's other languages, and the page then gets a language switch. The page's built-in wording is translated; your own texts (about, group and plan names) stay as you wrote them.

  5. Cover colour: shown while there's no cover photo.

  6. What the page shows: switch on the blocks you want: Groups and timetable, Prices (from the club’s price plans), Coaches (first name and role) (and tick who), Locations with a map link, “Book a trial session” button. A block with no data has a link to add it, such as No plans yet — create one.

  7. Click Save, then Preview: the page opens just as others will see it, marked "Preview". Only you and the people you give that link to can see it.

  8. Happy with it? Tick Publish the page and click Save. If some blocks are empty, an amber note appears above the button, but you can still publish.

To hide the page, untick Publish the page and save.

Share it

Once published, the top of the screen shows the Page address and a Copy link button (in the app, Share). Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google business profile, on a poster or in the parents' chat.

The address is made from the club's name (for example, stanio.app/c/riverside-fc). To change it, use change link next to the address: Latin letters, digits and hyphens, 3 to 60 characters. Links you've already shared stop working after a change.

  • Search engines. A published page is open to Google and other search engines. It has a title such as "Riverside FC — Football in Torrevieja", a description from your about text, structured data about the club and its venues, and a picture for social networks (the cover photo or the logo). A new page takes a while to show up in search, usually days to weeks. Previews never go into search.
  • Google Maps. Open in Maps follows the location's Map link (paste a Google Maps link in Settings → Locations). Without one, the map searches by name and address.

Activities on the page

If your club uses activities and at least two of them have a group or a price, the page gets chips at the top (All and one per activity); tapping one shows just that activity. The timetable and prices come in activity blocks (groups without one under Other groups, plans for everyone under For every activity), and each activity has its own Book a trial session button that opens the form with that activity already chosen. In search results, the activities' names replace the sport.

Website: several pages

Your club page can grow into a small website. At the top of the page settings there are tabs: Page, Website, News, Sponsors.

  • Website → Pages: turn on the ones you want — News, Teams, Results and fixtures (needs the competitions module), Sponsors, Contact. A menu appears over the page with those pages and the Book a trial session button. The home page gets shorter: the latest three news posts, the next matches, the groups with a link to Teams. With none turned on it stays one page, as before.
  • News: + New post — a title, a photo, the text (a blank line starts a paragraph, **bold**, a line starting with «- » makes a list, links become clickable), Pin to the top and Publishing: Draft, Publish now or Schedule for a date and time. Preview shows drafts too, to you only. Coaches post from the app: Menu → News (a title, text and one photo). A coach changes only their own posts; a manager, any.
  • Teams: the groups with ages, coaches (only those you ticked in the Coaches block) and timetable. Website → Team squads lists the squad of the groups you pick: first name and the first letter of the surname only, no photos or birth dates. Children (under 18 or without a birth date) are listed only if you also tick Also list minors — do it only with the parents' consent.
  • Results and fixtures: the club's games (sessions of type competition, tournaments' too) with their scores, updated by themselves.
  • Sponsors: logo, name, link, Main or Partner, and their order. Their logos are on the Sponsors page and in a strip at the bottom of every page.
  • Website → Template: how every page looks — Classic, Bold and Light on every plan; Arena (a full-screen cover and a big gallery) and Showcase (like a magazine) on the Academy plan. Want a design of your own? Write to us.

Each page has its own title and description for search and is in the sitemap, so Google finds your news too.

Tips

  • The trial button leads to the trial request form, and the requests land in Leads: see Trial session requests. Without the leads module there's no button.
  • Groups and timetable shows only groups with a weekly timetable. Set it in the group's settings: Teams and the schedule.
  • Changes show on the page within a few minutes.

FAQ

Does the page show any children or parents?

No. Only what you wrote, the groups, prices, venues and the first names of the coaches you ticked. You add the gallery and news photos yourself. A team's squad is on the website only if you turn it on: first name and initial, children only with a separate tick.

Why is there no Prices block?

Prices come from your price plans, so you need the finance module and at least one plan, and the block must be on in What the page shows.

How do I see the page before publishing?

Save your settings and click Preview. The preview link never goes into search.
