Club modules
Which modules already work in your club, which ones the Club or Academy plan adds, and how to switch on extra modules such as individual sessions yourself.

Modules are the parts of Stanio Sport beyond the basics (players, staff, teams, schedule, attendance): finance, the parent portal, trial requests, stock and so on. All of your club's modules are on one page.
Where to find it
- On the website: Club settings → Modules (the Club group in the menu on the left).
- In the app: Club settings → Modules.
The owner and support see the page.
Three groups
- Included in your plan: the modules that already work in your club.
- On the Club / Academy plan: what you get by moving up a plan. The button takes you to Club settings → Subscription; on the website you can pay by card right there (the app shows no prices and takes no payment: the plan is paid on the website). See Plans and limits.
- Extra modules: not part of any plan, and free. The owner switches them on and off with the Turn on and Turn off buttons, on the website and in the app alike. Before turning one off you're asked to confirm: its sections disappear, but the data stays.
Modules that don't fit your kind of club (tournaments in a studio, say) aren't shown.
Extra modules
- Individual sessions: one-to-one sessions, started from the player's profile, with price plans for individual sessions, a separate coach rate for them, and Hours for booking that clients book by themselves. See Individual sessions and workouts.
- Player ratings: cards with an overall rating and six attributes, team leaderboards and the player of the month. It's still in beta, so only clubs taking part in beta testing see it. It needs the Athlete development module, which comes with the Academy plan.
When a club switches on an extra module, we get a notification, so we can help with the setup if needed.
A hint on the player's profile
In clubs where one-to-one sessions are common (martial arts, tennis, dance, swimming, fitness), the owner and support see a small hint on the player's profile: + Individual sessions — switch on. It leads to the Modules page. Don't need it? Close it with the ×, and it won't come back.
FAQ
What happens to the data if I switch a module off?
Nothing is deleted: the module is just hidden. Switch it back on and everything is still there.
Why won't a module switch off?
Another module that's switched on depends on it. Switch that one off first; the page tells you which.
How do I get a module from the Club or Academy plan?
Move to that plan under Club settings → Subscription. The plan's modules switch on by themselves.
