Questions and answers
Is it really free?
Yes. Start is free with no time limit and no card: up to 50 active athletes, 3 groups and 3 staff. You pay only when the club grows or needs the Club or Academy modules.
What happens when I have more than 50 athletes?
You cannot add another active athlete until you archive those who left or move to Club. Nothing is deleted or blocked: the data stays and everything else works.
Where is the data kept? Can I take it with me?
On servers in the EU. A club can export all its data to Excel at any time, and every user can export or delete their own account.
Does it work offline?
Open the schedule once with a connection. Attendance marked without a connection is kept on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back.
Which languages?
Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Catalan, Polish, German, Dutch and French. Everyone picks their own language, and the club picks one for its own texts.
Can I switch from another app?
Yes. We move players with their groups, contacts and extra fields from Excel or an export file. Subscriptions, payments and attendance history are not moved yet.
Is there an app?
Android and iPhone apps are coming soon. Until then the system works fully in the phone’s browser.
Do parents pay?
No. The parents’ portal is free for parents on every plan, with no limit on the number of parents.
Several venues or branches?
Yes. A club can have several locations with their halls or fields, and one owner can run several clubs from one account.
What do coaches see?
Only their own groups: the schedule, the squad and attendance. Finance, reports and club settings are for the owner and the admins you allow.
