Software for youth football clubs and academies

Teams and training schedule, game call-ups that parents answer, attendance in one tap and monthly fees with debts — instead of spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

• Teams and call-ups

Pick a squad for a game and parents reply “coming / not coming” in their portal. The coach knows who is available before the weekend.

• Attendance on the pitch

One tap per player or a QR scan. No signal at the field? Marks stay on the phone and are sent when the connection is back.

• Monthly fees and debts

Subscriptions by month or season, payments and who owes what. Parents see their balance and can pay by card online.

• Trials and new players

A trial sign-up form for your website and a pipeline from the first call to a new player, with tasks and reminders for staff.

• Tournaments and leagues

Your teams in tournaments and leagues: calendar, rosters with shirt numbers, announcements to parents, results (Academy plan). Running a tournament yourself? The tournament organizer is free during the beta.

Can parents reply to call-ups?

Yes. Parents get their own portal, free for them: the child’s schedule, call-ups with a “coming / not coming” reply, attendance and balance.

Can we move our players from Excel?

Yes. Import players with teams and parents’ contacts from an Excel file, or send us an export from your current program and we move them for you.
